| The
booklet & cheque offer is applicable to Tribunal
Cases in Great Britain only.
The arrangements are very simple. For statistical purposes
we need the information regarding your current Employment
Tribunal claim once it has been submitted and a Case
Number has been allocated by the Employment Tribunal
Office. In recognition for that we will send you a booklet
on Employment Tribunal procedures and a £50 cheque.
There are only five terms and conditions to be complied
with.
Claim validity
The claim you register with us must be
a valid claim lodged with an Employment Tribunal Office
and validated by them upon allocation of a unique preliminary
or final Case Number.
Your employer or ex-employer must still be in business, trading, etc., having not closed down, gone into liquidation, administration or similar non-active status.’
Claim must be on-going
It must be an on-going current claim that
has not been withdrawn, settled or brought to a conclusion.
Multiple claims
In the event of a series of multiple claims
against the same employer, only the first employee to
register a valid current claim on this site will receive
the £50 cheque. All other employees bringing similar
current claims against the same employer will however
receive the booklet on Employment Tribunal procedures.
Exceptions
Any claims received where the employer is
a government department or public authority (eg. NHS,
Local Council, Police Authority, Prison Service, Fire
Service, etc...) will not generate the payment of the
£50 cheque but you will still receive the booklet
on Employment Tribunal procedures.
Size of organisation
The information on Employment Tribunal claims lodged against private and limited companies or PLC's are deemed as valid (i.e. any claims against Government Departments, Public Authorities, etc are excluded as above). However it is also the case that if your employer employs more than 100 staff you will receive the helpful booklet on Employment Tribunal procedures, but the £50 cheque will not be payable.
